General

Yes. Live Time is free for hosts and organizers. A small service fee is added to transactions (tickets, dues, etc.) and is paid by guests/members rather than taken away from the host. All fees are shown clearly to everyone and they are important for keeping the Live Time team going!
Unlimited! Add as many as you want.
Nope, big groups are welcome. Hosts are also able to set capacity limits on events and build waitlists.
You can set events or groups to: • Public – visible to anyone • Private – only accessible to people you invite or who have the link • School-only – discoverable to the public, but details (location, guest list, RSVPs, etc.) require a verified school email You can also enable requires host approval, where guests must request to join and be accepted by the host
Yes. You can set or edit how often an event repeats. You can also republish past or canceled events to reuse the same details.
Yes. You can send announcements to your whole group, chat with individual members, or create event group chats. You can also send text blasts that will text people's phones directly.
When inviting to an event, you can search by group name or individual members, making bulk invites fast.
Yes. You can share an invite link anywhere, or upload a CSV to send invites to a full list at once.
Yes. Any existing host or co-leader can remove or replace another. Each event and group must always have at least one active host/leader.
Yes. Hosts can view analytics directly on their group dashboard. You can also request new metrics here:
Both! You can use Live Time on mobile (app) or desktop (web).

Payments

Usually within 24–48 hours.
Yes. You can set and edit ticket tiers when creating an event. Tiers can be based on: • Time (ex: 7 days before, day-of pricing) • Capacity (ex: a tier sells out after 25 RSVPs)
Yes, the minimum charge is $5.
Organizers set dues in group settings and choose how often members are charged (monthly, yearly, etc.), similar to subscriptions like Netflix or Spotify. Charging can be turned off anytime.
No. You're only charged if you're approved to attend the event.
Refunds are handled by the event host. Please contact them directly.

Brand Partnerships

Visit the Live Time app or website's brand page or create an event and select "request to work with a brand" 1. Accept the brand's requirements (ex: photos, RSVPs, posting, timing) 2. Fill out ideal shipping information and time frames 3. Create your event and invite guests 4. Wait for approval (brands may accept or decline) Common reasons why a brand would deny a partnership is if your group has a history of not fulfilling the brand's requirements (ex. Not uploading pictures, not enough RSVPs, late requests) or the group isn't the right fit for the brand. 5. Complete requirements and enjoy your perks!
Requesting a brand partnership is free. Some perks (like custom apparel or merch) may be offered at a discount instead of free.
Yes. After a brand's minimum RSVPs are met, extra products can unlock based on their set ratio (ex: 12 RSVPs minimum, +1 case per 4 more RSVPs). Some brands may also have a max limit on how much product they send.
Common reasons why a brand would deny a partnership is if your group has a history of not fulfilling the brand's requirements (ex. Not uploading pictures, not enough RSVPs, late requests) or the group isn't the right fit for the brand.
