You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of, or reliance on, the Site and any Information. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site and/or the Information is to stop using the Site.

Live Time owns the copyright in the Site and all of Live Time’s content published on the Site. All images, trademarks, service marks, logos, and brands are also protected by other intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced or appropriated in any manner without the prior written permission of their respective owners. In particular, the name “Live Time” and the Live Time logo are trademarks of Live Time and you may not use such name or logo without Live Time’s prior written consent. If you share, post, or upload your Information to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of that Information (consistent with your privacy and application settings), terminable by deleting, or requesting that we delete, as necessary, the Information from our Site.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. No waiver by Live Time of any breach, default or condition hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other preceding or subsequent breach, default, or condition. Any heading, caption or section title contained in these Terms of Use is inserted only as a matter of convenience and in no way defines or explains any section or provision hereof.
